Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $18/hour

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry & Excel Clerk with strong Excel and SAP skills to support daily operations, enhance data management, and provide exceptional administrative support.

Data Entry & Excel Clerk Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry into internal systems and reports using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed spreadsheets to support operational and sales activities.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data management and report preparation.
• Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Provide basic hospitality support, such as serving coffee and assisting with guest needs.
• Support daily office operations by handling various administrative tasks as needed.
• Utilize SAP for data tracking, reporting, and inventory management.
• Perform additional duties to support team objectives and company needs.

Data Entry & Excel Clerk Qualifications & Skills:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior experience as an office assistant or administrative support role preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to pass background screenings.
