A culture of respect, integrity, and excellence drives our award-winning dealerships. We're currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) BDC Agent to join our high-performing Chevy team.
Job Description:
As a BDC Agent, you will be the voice of Team Gillman Chevy-connecting with customers, scheduling appointments, and helping drive sales and service traffic to the dealership. You'll communicate primarily over the phone and via email/text, making bilingual communication essential.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service and sales appointments
- Respond to internet leads and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a BDC, call center, or dealership setting is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail and proficient computer/typing skills
