This role generally requires a basic to mid-level maintenance/handyman skill set and does not require any certifications.

The team member typically has experience with:

• Light maintenance and repair (changing ceiling tiles, tightening hinges, minor plumbing fixes like unclogging drains, adjustments for sinks, toilets, faucets)
• Basic electrical tasks that do not require a license (replacing bulbs/ballasts, resetting breakers)
• HVAC support (filter changes, reporting issues to the engineer)
• General facility upkeep and preventive maintenance
• Assisting the building engineer or facility manager with daily tasks
• Vendor escorting and support during repairs
• Basic drywall patching and paint touch-ups
• Basic tools, knowledge, and safe work practices
• Provide hands-on support to keep day-to-day maintenance running smoothly.

Requirements

Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday & Tuesday OFF)

Must pass: Fingerprint check and clear background.
