About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Mailroom Operations Associate, where you will oversee mailroom operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in a vibrant office environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Audit delivered items along with delivery invoices for accuracy.
  • Inspect deliveries to approve or reject them, ensuring safety by checking for contraband.
  • Guarantee that all packages are delivered on the same day or promptly notify the recipient of any changes.
  • Protect outgoing packages from damage to maintain quality.
  • Process shipment requests with vendors while keeping recipients informed of their arrangements.
  • Apply the correct postage and identification on outgoing mail and packages.
  • Keep copy rooms stocked and provide initial communication for copier fleet operations.
  • Monitor mail and postage supplies daily and replenish them as needed.
  • Address common inquiries or complaints from clients and colleagues clearly and effectively.
  • Analyze data to resolve complex issues and propose new solutions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with your team and others to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Recommend improvements to existing processes to boost team productivity.

What You'll Need:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • High School Diploma or GED along with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong writing skills for routine reports and correspondence.
  • Comprehensive understanding of job function processes and systems.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a curious mindset.
