Order Management Coordinator

Description:

Role Purpose:
As an Order Management Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service by delivering product, service, and transit information, while efficiently processing orders and resolving issues related to products and services. You will act as a liaison to facilitate problem resolution and, under supervision, may coordinate with carriers to ensure timely solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain and update customer account information to ensure accuracy.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints by identifying the issue, determining its cause, and providing effective solutions.
  • Follow up on resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Collect and analyze customer data to recommend potential products or services to improve customer experience.
  • Generate insightful reports on product or service performance by compiling customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives and enhance overall team performance.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of data entry experience.
  • Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of experience in generating reports.
  • Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of database experience.
