JOB TITLE: Apprentice - Warehouse - Buildings & Grounds Dept.
DUTY DAYS: 240
PAY GRADE: N04
SALARY SCHEDULE:
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Stocking, pulling orders and delivery of inventory/District wide mail-man
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
- High School Diploma/GED (preferred)
- Class C License
- Able to operate fork lift
- Pass criminal history and background check
Special Knowledge/ Skills:
- Three to five years previous experience in warehouse preferred
- Able to lift minimum 50 lbs
- Able to operate propane-powered fork lift
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Putting up incoming inventory; pulling orders for delivery
- Delivering orders to campuses/departments
- Cycle-count of inventory
- Handling work orders, pick up of items for auction
- Any other duties as assigned
