We are looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of Inventory & Warehouse Analyst within the supply chain department based in Midland, TX.
Qualifications

• Experience in Materials Management.
• Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships.
• Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment.
• Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
Essential Job Duties
• Completing physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy on a routine basis.
• Management of a transfer inbox, receiving emails from a variety of vendors for multiple yards.
• SAP entry of all in and outbound movements of material from various yards.
• Accurate and timely entry of lease-to-lease movements.
• Purchase requisition creation for purchases into inventory as needed.
• Working closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on hand inventory.
• Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles.
• Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS etc.
Certifications/Licenses
Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required.
Travel Requirements
The percentage of travel required for this position is 15% - 20%
