A fast-paced logistics and distribution operation is seeking a skilled Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse activities during second shift operations . This role is ideal for an experienced reach truck operator who is comfortable working with inventory systems, scanning equipment, and order processing while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a high-volume warehouse environment.
Hours & Pay
- Pay Rate: $22.60 per hour
- Schedule: 2nd Shift | 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
- Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
- Operate a reach truck to safely and efficiently move, store, and retrieve inventory .
- Perform warehouse clerk duties, including order entry, inventory updates, and documentation.
- Utilize scan guns and warehouse management systems to accurately track inventory movement.
- Process incoming and outgoing orders in the computer system.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions as needed.
- Ensure products are handled, stored, and staged correctly according to warehouse procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational standards at all times.
- Minimum of 2 years of reach truck operating experience ; skills will be tested.
- Strong computer skills, including order entry and warehouse system navigation.
- Experience using scan guns and inventory tracking tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently during second shift operations.
