Description:

Responsible for providing a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and customer service in the performance of routine Accounts Payable (AP) processing and E-Payable activities. All duties are performed in full compliance and accordance with department policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-4 years AP Processing experience in a Corporate environment
  • Basic MS Excel expertise
  • Knowledge of Full Cycle AP process

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Oracle 12i AP (Accounts Payable) experience
  • Expense Report and/or PCard audit experience
  • AP Certification

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and use hands. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision and distance vision.
Responsibilities
  • Front End invoice support.
  • Input/Process Utility invoice types - research related account statements/notices.
  • Input/Process PO/Non-PO invoices/Credit Memos.
  • Actively manage assigned Customer Service Ticket Requests.
  • Research and reconcile Vendor Statements and Late Notices, as required.
  • Special projects, as assigned.
