Fabrication Helper $800+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:

• Prior shop or industrial experience preferred (metal prep or grinding experience beneficial)
• Experience preparing metal parts for fabrication, welding, and finishing
• Cleaning, grinding, and material handling to ensure components meet quality, safety, and project requirements.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to read and follow instructions, shop travelers, or basic drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs regularly
• Understanding of industrial safety practices and PPE usage
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and shift work to meet project deadlines

• Mon-Friday
• 6AM-3PM
• Depending on work load, could be 12-hour shifts/ Weekends/ Holidays

• 2-3 months with possibility of extending
