FULL TIME HOUSEKEEPER - WEST HOUSTON APARTMENT COMMUNITY

Fogelman is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at Cortland Inkwell Greenhouse Apartments, located in West Houston. We will be transitioning this community to Fogelman in late December. The ideal candidate possesses two years of housekeeping experience, attention to detail, good customer service skills, and is a team player. The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning the amenities and common areas.

SUMMARY

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning the leasing office, move-out units, models and clubhouses along with all public and interior areas, including amenities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans all appliances and fixtures, dusts, wipes down counter tops, cleans bathrooms, vacuums carpets, and mops tiled areas.
• Work with the service team to clean and prepare vacant and move-in units.
• Responsible for the care and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing.
• Other job duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• One year of housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail with ability to work independently.
• Depending on the property, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required.
