Admin Assistant Job Description:

Entry level data entry position. We are seeking an organized and reliable person to join this growing company.

Data Entry Job Responsibilities:

• Data input / filing
• Answer telephones and greet callers
• Greet visitors
• Create document packets
• Assist in preparing reports
• Schedule meetings, appointments and conference calls for personnel.
• Answer questions and provide information to customers by mail, telephone or in person.
• Fax, mail, email, copy, or send correspondence as required
• Other office duties as required

Data Entry Experience and Skills Required:

• Entry Level position
• Organized, reliable and trustworthy
• Attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $15.00 Per Hour
