SAP Payroll Developer

Primary responsibilities include:

• Work closely with analysts, HR and other personnel in regards to technology solutions to support the payroll process
• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for changes in the current SAP system
• Assist in the configuration for the HR SAP modules for: payroll, time management
• Perform testing/debugging
• Consult with developers and coders to provide technical specs for interfaced solutions for internal and third party vendors
• Provide ad hoc training and consulting to business user
• Integration time management, payroll, fico
• Help to provide prototype and implementations of new functionality
• Perform testing of changes such a configuration and custom development

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years' experience working on global SAP projects
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge to non-technical users
• International payroll support experience (Europe - France (priority), Italy, Germany)
• Experience with configuration, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and implementing enhancements and break fix solutions
• Oil & Gas/Chemical industry experience preferred
