Are you a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and solving problems? PostNet in Humble is seeking a full-time team member who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales, service, and supporting local businesses.

📅 Schedule: This is a full-time position with rotating shifts Monday through Saturday, averaging 35 to 40 hours per week.

🔍 What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with a strong service mindset and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while keeping customers at the center of everything they do.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Associate's degree or higher (preferred)

Experience: 2–4 years in sales or customer service roles

Technical Skills: Comfortable using Adobe Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator — you may be asked to demonstrate your skills during the interview

License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

🧰 What You'll Do

Provide excellent customer service for printing, shipping, packaging, and business services

Support daily operations, including opening and closing the center

Operate the point-of-sale system and manage register transactions

Sort and distribute mail to private mailbox holders

You're on your feet and engaged at the service counter throughout your shift

You can safely lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs

You communicate clearly and professionally—whether it's in person, over the phone, or by email
