Job Description

Utilize accounting systems (QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop & Point of Sale) to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, AR and AP Reports) for management purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and collect money
  • Compose monthly and quarterly cash flow projections
  • Maintain and manage all aspects of the general ledger with excellent knowledge
  • Prepare balance sheets and classify expenses and payments
  • Close books and prepare forecasts and budgets
  • Maintain a ledger for receipt entries and perform appropriate reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly cost reports for the CEO and monitor inventory
  • Handle purchasing and invoicing for suppliers and customers
  • Assist with controls for sales representatives and prepare daily Excel sales reports
  • Manage insurance controls and policies
  • Reconcile daily cash flow when making deposits
  • Maintain accounting controls by developing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, biweekly, and annual sales reports

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Experience:

  • Accounts Receivable (3 years)
  • Accounts Payable (3 years)
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop (4 years)
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
