Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and site experience, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a direct hire role.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.

* Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other construction management software for project tracking and reporting.

* Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts.

* Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely completion of all project milestones.

* Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with specifications.

* Manage on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met.

* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

* Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

* 5+ years' experience in construction management with a focus on project coordination.

* Familiarity with commercial retail projects is preferred.

* Proficient in using construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam.

* Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret schematics accurately.

* Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
