We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in ensuring that the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently. As a Receptionist, you will exhibit exceptional customer service skills, as you will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall harmony of our office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and meeting rooms.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
