Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join their team. The primary responsibilities include greeting patients, maintaining records, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at the check-out desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
• Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the check-out desk area
• Schedule follow-up appointments, patient procedures/testing
• Meet weekly quota for Google Reviews
