Pay range: $210,000.00

YOUR ROLE

As the Regional Head for CEVA Lead Logistics (CLL), you will manage the regional P&L, ensure service delivery, and directly control the operations performed in the Control towers located in the region (Houston TX, Jacksonville FL, Detroit MI, Mexico, and Latin America locations). You will also lead Business Development by growing the CLL activity in the regions, focusing on strategic CLL sectors (Automotive, Industrial including Aerospace & Defense, Healthcare).

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Manage top-line revenue, develop new business with existing clients, and lead Business Development activities focusing on Ceva Century & Elite accounts.
• Execute Business Development activities on targeted sectors in cooperation with sector leads and global BD teams: Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Industry, Healthcare.
• Collaborate with Global CLL 4PL Solution Development team to support regional and global growth.
• Specify market-specific expectations to CLL 4PL Solution Design & Technology teams.
• Structure and control effective contract management governance within the region and develop strategies for contract renewals.
• Apply internal pricing transfer guidelines for multi-regional contracts as instructed by CLL 4PL Global Leader.
• Ensure reliable KPIs are produced and communicated to customers; lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Support Control Tower Managers in relation to HR functions.
• Provide timely monthly P&L forecasts and actual results in collaboration with finance teams.
• Develop and submit budgets, produce quarterly P&L outlooks at EBITDA level for review.
• Support regional BPE functions and execute performance improvement plans in Control Towers.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Science, Economics, or Business Administration.
• At least 12 years of experience in Business Development, account management, operations, and P&L management within the transport & logistics industry, including line management of sizable teams.
• Proven success in Air, Ocean & Ground operations.
• Strong understanding of performance management and customer service.
• Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
• International experience in roles based in Asia, Europe, or the US is preferred.
• Understanding of sustainability and carbon footprint reduction in logistics.
• Tech-savvy with a vision for digitalization to enhance customer experience.
