Your Mission:
You're not just typing - you're protecting the integrity of every customer selection we receive. As our Data Entry Clerk, you'll enter every detail with care, track every document with purpose, and keep things moving without missing a beat. When the data's right, everything else runs smoother - and that starts with you

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:
•Enter and import customer selections into our WBS system within 24-48 hours
•Flag exclusions and request trim estimates to streamline customer experiences
•Scan and organize documents tied to every quote
•Stay on top of revisions and remove outdated selections quickly
•Double-check your work like it's second nature - because it is
•Work closely with your team to meet goals and keep our process sharp

Qualifications & Required Skills

What We're Looking For:
•A high school diploma (or GED) is required - admin experience is a plus
•A sharp eye and serious attention to detail
•Great time management and calm under pressure
•Comfortable with computers and basic tools like Microsoft Office
•Someone who can solve problems, stay organized, and meet deadlines
•You care about getting it right - every entry, every time
