**SALARY:** $95,000 - $97,000, bonus eligible

**SHIFT:** Assigned shift (days, afternoons, midnights & weekends)

**ROLE SUMMARY:**

If you are interested in a hands-on, continuous improvement-oriented, fast-paced role in a world-class manufacturing environment, then our Brewery Area Manager role is for you. This position involves working on the production floor, troubleshooting and problem solving in real-time to meet production goals. It offers an opportunity to develop as a leader, change agent, and engineer.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

1. Supervise operators and maintenance in a 24/7 production facility.
2. Develop your team through up-skilling and on-the-job experiences to increase engagement and results.
3. Learn brewing and packaging processes through hands-on training.
4. Lead and coach teams in solving problems and monitoring key processes using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
5. Promote and encourage safe working practices.
6. Become a qualified beer taster (if of legal drinking age) to ensure product quality.
7. Manage highly automated, complex processes in a fast-paced environment.
8. Identify operational improvements to meet or exceed KPIs and targets.
9. Collaborate with senior leaders on process improvements and change initiatives.
10. Develop, monitor, and maintain production plans, inventories, and schedules to ensure quality and efficiency.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**

1. Bachelor's degree required; engineering, supply chain management, science, or related field preferred.
2. Willingness to work any shifts (days, afternoons, midnights).
3. Some weekend work required; weekends are paid above base salary.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Comfortable with change and influencing others.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation.
7. Technical problem-solving capabilities.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Experience in a Union environment preferred.
