What You'll Do

As the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing sales, customer relations, team leadership, and operations at our Dayton location. Your agriculture knowledge will be essential in helping customers find the right tractors, implements, and equipment solutions for their needs.

Drive sales and profitability – Build customer relationships and manage store performance.
Lead a strong team – Hire, train, and develop employees.
Create an outstanding customer experience – Provide expert recommendations on equipment and solutions.
Oversee daily operations – Inventory management, pricing, and store organization.

Store Manager Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Agriculture experience is a MUST – Farming, ranching, or ag equipment sales background preferred.
Leadership experience – 2+ years of management in retail, sales, or dealership operations.
Customer service excellence – A passion for helping people and problem-solving.
Tech-savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
Organized & detail-oriented – Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the store running smoothly.
