Job Title: Project Engineering Manager/Preconstruction Manager/Project Manager EPC

The Role: This key position combines practical development engineering expertise with project and design management for large-scale solar and BESS. As a key contributor in the Preconstruction phases, you will provide technical and project leadership from the initial stages of development and RFP preparation through design and engineering while offering continued support to procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the detailed design and engineering of utility scale Solar & BESS projects.
• Work closely with internal teams to create innovative solutions for client RFPs, overseeing the development of preliminary designs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Manage the development of site layouts, civil, structural, and electrical design frameworks, as well as interconnection studies. Lead preconstruction planning efforts to ensure alignment with industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Offer technical oversight throughout construction and commissioning, assisting in resolving design challenges, optimizing performance, and ensuring project handoff aligns with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Engineering & Construction experience within Solar or BESS.
• Demonstrated success in leading the design and execution of large-scale solar PV projects, with expertise in managing project lifecycles from concept to commissioning.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Construction
