ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

The campus is located in Spring, Texas, on 385 wooded acres immediately to the west of Interstate Highway 45 (I-45), at the intersection of I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road, approximately 25 miles from the cultural vibrancy of downtown Houston.

The Strategic Communications Advisor (Business Line Lead) will be responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies for a business line (Upstream, ExxonMobil Product Solutions or Low Carbon Solutions) to enhance the company's brand, reputation, and stakeholder engagement.
Strategy: Provide strategic communications direction to ExxonMobil business line. Ensure this strategy is integrated across communications and consistently articulated to the organization's stakeholders. Ensure integration/alignment of communications plans and activities with overall corporate strategic goals.
Message Development: Develop briefing documents, gain alignment on key messages, and inform colleagues to ensure broad understanding and coordination of communications strategies.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and develop communications professionals and work closely with the broader Public & Government Affairs team to manage ExxonMobil's communications strategy. Establish, build, and nurture a strong network of relationships across ExxonMobil business lines.
Issues Management: In collaboration with the broader Public & Government Affairs team and Communications organization, help promote, maintain, and defend corporate reputation. Build proactive strategies and execute rapid response to time-sensitive messaging, including crisis, litigation, public policy, change, and employee communications programs.
