Join a team of development program professionals to manage & lead Honeywell programs. You will work under minimal supervision of the Platform/CBT/SBU leader, execute development programs of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams (of functions and Centers of Excellence). You will manage and lead complex, global development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You will define, generate & implement program plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
• Lead the identification, development, pricing, and risk management for project change orders.
• Mentor Project Management teams on claims, back charges, and commercial management of project related issues according to the contract.
• Drive on-time execution.
• Understand budget/schedule.
• Execute the Management OS.
• Present programmatic details.
• Summarize key issues & actions.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10+ years' experience and expertise within technical or business field.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Change management experience on capital projects within the Industrial sector.
• Leadership experience within Project Management, Construction Management, Business Development, or Project Controls.

• Demonstrated history of developing project change management procedures and how scope change impacts project budgets and schedules.
