Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide warehouse and yard associates to achieve operational goals and ensure efficient workflows.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage daily activities, including inventory control, material handling, and order fulfillment, to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Resource Coordination: Oversee equipment usage and maintenance, ensuring optimal availability and performance.
• Customer Support: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities, propose solutions to streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
