Position Summary:
Oversee all fiscal matters of Port Houston and accountable for the Procurement Services, Treasury, Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Planning, Internal Audit, and Accounting / Financial Reporting functions. The Deputy CFO is responsible for the ongoing development and monitoring of external programs and internal control systems designed to preserve Authority assets and report accurate financial results. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Deputy CFO directly assists on strategic and tactical matters as they relate to financial management, budget development, financial analysis and securing funding sources.
