Position Summary: Shop Managers are responsible for the supervision of all shop employees, safety, shop culture, employee morale, and retention as delivered by the team of technicians and support personnel under their management. An ideal employee will recognize that decisions made affect others and will seek to make them with as much information as possible, and hold themselves and others accountable for decisions and behaviors within their span of control. The employee should strive to always behave in a way which reflects positively on the company, clients, and our partners.
This position reports to the Director of Equipment and is the highest-ranking regional shop employee.
