Job Duties and Responsibilities. Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during pickleball lessons on proper techniques, tactics and strategies to improve their overall pickleball game. Personally teaches on court on average 30 hours per week between tennis and pickleball combined. Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive pickleball lessons and programs to ensure students develop along a pathway that will encourage continued involvement and a positive Net Promoter Score.
