TRC is currently seeking a Survey Technician to join our team. Position Summary / Job Duties: Individual must be able to perform the following duties. Use of CAD software and ability to post process survey data. AutoCAD Civil 3 D & Trimble TBC preferred, Produce finished survey deliverables including but not limited to base mapping, topographic and contour data, ALTA, boundary & utility surveys. Provide calculation and plotting of deeds, plans and survey documentation. Produce survey exhibits, plans, plats and other drafting. Develop construction stakeout upload files and hard sheets for survey crews. Process and produce post-construction and As. Built data and drawings. Provide and follow quality processes and procedures. Effectively communicate with internal & external stakeholders and team members. Qualifications Qualifications / Required Training, Experience, Education and/or Skills: Preferred Minimum of 3 years of Survey Technician / CAD experience.
