About the Job
Excellent customer service is always top priority.
You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Responding to security emergencies such as fires, medical emergencies, or bomb threats as directed by supervisors
Monitoring surveillance equipment such as closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras or alarm systems to detect intruders or other events that require action
Operating keypads or computer systems that allow dispatchers to communicate with other employees, truckers or police for emergency purposes only
Ability to Multitask by monitoring screens for drills, answering calls, and CCTV
About the Qualifications
You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must have a state security license or ability to obtain one
Must be at least 18 years of age due to the contractual obligation for non-driving security posts or 21 years of age for security posts that operates a company vehicle.
Valid driver's license with no restriction B and clean driving record if security posts operate a company vehicle.
Demonstrate a stable work history
Have reliable transportation
Able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
Hard Copy TWIC (Not expired)
Previous dispatcher experience in security, EMT, or Law Enforcement (1 year)
Administrative Experience (Preferred)
Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry)
