We are seeking an experienced CSR for a permanent position with a global chemical client, this position will provide support to their current turnaround operations.
Job Overview:
This individual will be ensuring smooth communication and coordination between clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders involved in maintenance, upgrades, or scheduled shutdowns. These turnaround projects typically involve planned outages or service interruptions to perform necessary maintenance, repairs, or improvements.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients involved in turnaround projects, ensuring clear and efficient communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Scheduling and Updates: Coordinate with clients to establish timelines and keep them informed about project progress, delays, and changes to schedules.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management and clients on project status, delays, and any issues that arise during the turnaround process.
