Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 30 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets.

We are growing and seeking a Warehouse Material Handler.

Position Summary: The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, to include receiving, unloading, and storing material, as well as picking and loading product for our customer orders.

• Experienced warehouse personnel.
• Reliable and good at following instructions.
• Forklift and lumber yard experience a plus.
• Fast paced environment for someone who is quick but safety conscientious
• Able to successfully pass a Valid OSHA approved forklift certification

• Load and unload cabinets, countertops, and various other building material.
• Check incoming product to verify material against receiving documents, noting, and reporting any discrepancies or damage
• Ensure that material loaded for delivery matches shipping documents and that the products are in good condition
• Assist in taking inventory as required on a regular basis
• Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
• Ability to lift extremely heavy awkward products repeatedly to store, removes from storage for fabrication, or load onto a truck 50-100 lbs. with a helper
